About me
Hi! I'm Kyra. I'm a technology executive and coach, with 10+ years experience in companies of all sizes: tiny startups, mid-size organizations, and big tech behemoths. I've worked with coachees at all levels, from new grads to C-Suite executives, helping them navigate professional obstacles with intention and tact. My superpower is my empathy, and my space with clients is a judgement-free zone.
My coaching philosophy is that I believe that my clients already have the answers they’re looking for, and my job is to help them find those answers within. I provide a constructive space for clients to reflect and explore professional challenges. I offer observations, feedback, and questions to help them find clarity so they can move forward. My clients include businesses, universities, and individuals.
